Background
Delia K. Swan is the Founder of Swan Legal Search and currently serves as an Advisor. She launched the firm with the mission to advance the careers of fellow lawyers and expand law firms throughout California.
Within a year of its launch in 1997, Swan Legal Search became a well-respected and leading legal search firm in California. Delia has single handedly placed hundreds of attorneys in her career as a recruiter and she’s developed lasting relationships and friendships with candidates and law firm contacts alike. She has a passion for facilitating fit on both a professional and personal level, and leans on her expertise, knowledge, and experience to assist lawyers seeking to make a transition.

Delia received her J.D. from USC Gould School of Law. She externed for the Honorable Arthur L. Alarcon in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Outside of the office, you can find Delia riding her bike, practicing yoga, reading novels, and taking country walks in her hometown of Occidental.
Fun Fact: Delia had her first daughter during her second year of law school and her second daughter during the bar!
