Zsaleh (pronounced “zhah-lay”) is a former attorney who has dedicated her career to helping attorneys achieve their career goals. Her bubbly personality and enthusiasm for people come through in every conversation. By understanding candidates' values and career desires, Zsaleh finds each attorney the perfect professional match.
Zsaleh thrives on building relationships with both candidates and recruiting professionals. Bolstered by her California roots and academic and professional experience on the East Coast, she aids candidates nationwide. Her background as a Managing Editor of the Cornell Law Review and as a law clerk to two federal judges honed her eye for detail in written work; she loves providing resume suggestions and crafting the perfect cover letter. Those clerkships, and her time in BigLaw, gave Zsaleh many experiences on the other side of associate interviews, and she enjoys helping candidates prepare for their own interviews. In short, Zsaleh guides candidates through the entire job search process.
Outside of the office, you can find Zsaleh writing fiction (she's publishing a book!) or at the park with her three young sons.
