Lorraine is a seasoned recruiter. She has over 25 years of experience leading legal recruitment for top Am Law 100 and Am Law 200 law firms. Having worked with all levels of attorneys, Lorraine joined Swan Legal Search to apply her expertise at matching attorneys with law firms opportunities. She prides herself on making connections, and is an advocate for both candidates and law firms.

She understands the legal industry and recruiting processes and has rich insights about law firms of every size, and attorneys at every level (partners and associates).
