Larisa has worked with national search firms and boutiques, focusing on placing attorneys and experienced legal professionals throughout California. She has managed teams of recruiters and supported attorneys through every stage of their career transitions, from exploring opportunities to successful placements.

Outside of work, Larisa enjoys volunteering at Muttville (senior dog rescue), serving as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for youth in foster care, snuggling with her chihuahuas (Ariel and Waldorf), running, strength training, attending live music performances with her husband Eric and watching too much Bravo!
