Allyson Turk is a dynamic Development Specialist, Business Mentor, and Project Consultant dedicated to helping individuals and organizations grow with clarity, purpose, and impact. With a career that bridges community engagement, entrepreneurship, project management, and holistic consulting, she brings a unique blend of practical strategy and creative vision to her work.

With a background in Program Development, Allyson spearheaded a small business incubator, through an arts non-profit, supporting the creative and cultural economy. She designed and implemented curriculum, provided one-on-one advising, and ensured projects were executed with precision and heart.

In addition, Allyson is the founder of The Speak Through Consulting, where she partners with entrepreneurs and small businesses to develop systems, investor materials, and growth strategies. Her work spans business development, project management for new ventures, sales marketing, and fostering authentic relationships that sustain success.

With a B.A. in Philosophy from San Francisco State University and training as a Reiki Practitioner, Allyson integrates depth, creativity, and pragmatism in everything she does. At the core, her mission is to empower others to bring their visions to life with confidence and clarity.
