Background

Zach rejoined Swan Legal Search in 2022 after working in-house as a Recruiting Researcher at Netflix, supporting hiring within their Legal department. He worked with Swan Legal Search for two years prior to Netflix and we’re thrilled to have him back. While at Netflix, Zach developed strong partnerships and inclusive hiring processes through utilizing his knowledge in recruiting and candidate experience.

Zach enjoys building relationships with candidates and guiding them through the search process, ultimately landing candidates at jobs that are fulfilling on both a professional and personal level.

He provides a unique recruiting perspective by leveraging his in-house recruiting experience. In guiding his candidates through the recruiting process, he is able to deftly match skill sets to job opportunities, candidate goals to firm needs, all whilst proving sound, long-term, career-building counsel.

Outside of the office, you can find Zach surfing the coast and enjoying the SF food scene.

Fun Fact: An avid adventurer, Zach went skydiving and scuba-diving in Australia on the same day.
