Michelle completed her B.A. in International Relations at Mount Holyoke College in 1995, graduating cum laude and as a member of Sigma Iota Rho. She received her J.D. in 1998 from the University of Southern California Law School where she was a staff member of the Review of Law and Women’s Studies. Prior to joining the SLS team, she practiced both transactional law and securities litigation at large, international law firms in Los Angeles and the Bay Area and worked as corporate counsel at an international bank in Barbados.

Michelle is a proud Trekkie (or to be more accurate “Trekker”) and loves watching movies, throwing pots and making jewelry.
