Background

Lorraine is a seasoned recruiter. She has over 25 years of experience leading legal recruitment for top Am Law 100 and Am Law 200 law firms. Having worked with all levels of attorneys, Lorraine joined Swan Legal Search to apply her expertise at matching attorneys with law firms opportunities. She prides herself on making connections, and is an advocate for both candidates and law firms.

Outside of the office, you can find Lorraine taking her dog Sammi for a walk or on a hike with her husband and friends. 

Fun Fact: Lorraine is an avid runner, having run over 60 marathons, and has qualified multiple times for Boston, one of the world’s most elite marathons.
